Welcome to Cut & Color Salon. These terms outline the rules for using our services at all our locations and through our website (cutandcolor.in).

1 Appointments & Cancellations

1.1 Booking Policy

  • Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in-person.
  • A valid card may be required to secure certain premium services.

1.2 Cancellation Policy

  • 24 hours notice required for cancellations.
  • Late cancellations incur 50% charge.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of service value.

1.3 Late Arrivals

  • Arrivals after 15 minutes may require rescheduling.
  • Full service fee applies for shortened appointments.

2 Service Terms

2.1 Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of:
    • Contagious conditions
    • Abusive behavior
    • Unsafe service requests

2.2 Service Guarantee

  • Adjustments within 7 days are complimentary.
  • Major style changes not included.

3 Payments & Pricing

  • We accept Cash, Cards, UPI, and Net Banking.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Additional charges may apply for long/thick hair.

4 Retail Products

  • Unopened products can be returned within 14 days.
  • Opened products eligible for store credit if defective.

5 Liability

  • Clients must disclose allergies and sensitivities.
  • We are not responsible for personal items left behind.

6 Privacy

  • Client data is used for appointments and promotions.
  • Clients may opt out of marketing communication.

7 Governing Law

  • Governed by laws of Karnataka, India.
  • Disputes subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
